Mencom PCG-1/2R gray plastic cable gland has 1/2" NPT thread. Accommodates 0.276" - 0.472" (7 - 12 mm) cable. This strain relief fitting is intended to be water tight and is compatible with ILME hoods. The PCG-1/2R can also be used in a number of other applications and industries, in order to provide a liquid tight seal for cables and wires that pass through enclosures. Sold Individually. Locknut sold separately. Rated IP 68 for protection from dirt and moisture. Temperature Range: -20 C to 100 C. UL & CUL Recognized.

  • Supplies strain relief for cables
  • Makes a tight seal to keep out dust and water
  • IP 68-5 BAR rating similar to NEMA 6P
  • Grommet provides the seal around cable

Additional Product Information
An O-Ring is not needed to obtain an IP 68 rated seal against the enclosure.
Raised rings underneath the hex nut create the seal.
