The SPP 4X5G small-size insert slides into a compatible DES cable entry frame and can be exchanged with other SPP inserts as cable requirements change. Its split design supports cables that already have connectors attached, helping simplify control-panel, machinery, and enclosure wiring.

The AerosUSA 1731020324 SPP 4X5G insert provides 4 precisely sized cable entries for 0.2" (5mm) cables. Installers can route multiple conductors through a single DES frame position while keeping connectors intact, which reduces retermination work during panel assembly, machine retrofits, and maintenance.
The oil-resistant, UV-resistant Gray TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) construction is halogen- and silicone-free. When correctly installed as part of the DES system, the insert supports IP66 protection against dust and powerful water jets. Inserts are packaged in quantities of 10 and are sold separately from the cable entry frame.
