The Mueller BU-63C-0 Insulated Alligator Clip is made from solid copper with a skin tight two piece black PVC insulator. It is rated for 10A and can accommodate 14-20 AWG wire. It has a banana plug or screw connection with a jaw opening of 0.31" (7.9 mm). For a screw connection, the insulator needs to be removed first, then reattached. The BU63C0 has the same alligator clip as the BU60CS, with the only difference being the addition of the insulator. It can work with any covered, uncovered or retractable 0.16" (4mm) banana plugs.
