The Major 5001-30021OE is a set of precision made cutting blades for the Major 5001 wire stripping machine.
  • Consists of 4 cutting blades and 4 screws.
  • These blades are located on the cutting head behind the front cover and clamping head.

Step #1: Begin by unscrewing the lower faceplate screw.

Step #2: Lower faceplate to reveal the clamping head & arm
Step #3: Remove the clamping head arm screw and (2) clamping head screws
Step #4: Remove the (4) stripping blade screws.

Step #5: Replace blades marked 1 first and then 2 over top. Orientate blades so that the numbers are facing out. Make sure the shoulder of the screw has seated properly and is not hung up on blade edge.
