Ten Position Push Button Boxes

10‑position push button boxes are multi‑hole enclosures designed to house up to ten push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights, or emergency stops. They serve as control stations in industrial automation, machinery control panels, and safety systems. These housings simplify wiring layout, maintain environmental protection, and provide support for multiple devices in a compact footprint.

Technical Features & Selection Criteria

  • Material & Finish: Made from carbon steel with ANSI‑61 grey powder coating for corrosion protection.
  • Hole Pattern & Entry Size: Standard layouts of as 2 x 5 rows, with holes sized for 22.5 mm or 30.5 mm switches. Ensure the box matches the switch diameters you plan to use.
  • Sloped Front & Extra‑Deep Variants: Extra‑deep boxes allow more room behind the panel for wiring, contact blocks, and cable management. Sloped front boxes allow for easier access.
  • Ingress Ratings & Certification Standards: Ratings such as NEMA Type 4, Type 12, and IP66 ensure protection from dust, oil, water spray, or washdown environments. Saginaw’s models meet NEMA 4/12, UL, and CSA standards.
  • Sealing & Gasket Integrity: Oil‑resistant, compression gaskets around the lid maintain tight seals under vibration or harsh conditions.
