Sealcon PG 16 Nylon / Plastic cord grips, strain relief fittings, and cable glands are used in a wide variety of industries to assist customers in connecting cable or wire to their applications. This cable gland provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The ACME thread on the flex top is self-locking, so the EF16AR-BK cord grip creates a substantial amount of Pull-out resistance by applying an even force on all points of the cable. Increase or decrease the size of the cable opening by trading out the standard and reduced inserts, for greater adaptability. Using a flex nut keeps the cable from kinking and chafing. Applications that have a limited amount of available space receive the biggest advantage from this fitting.
