The Sealcon M23 panel mounted signal connector with radius features a 19 pole insert and male threads. The body is copper-zinc alloy with a nickel plated surface and gold plated brass alloy contacts. Insert takes sixteen 1mm contacts and three 1.5mm contacts. Housings, male/female inserts & optional crimp contacts are selected based on application requirements. Male or female inserts can be used in the same type of housing, which increases flexibility. Operating temperature: - 40 C to 125 C (- 40 F to 257 F). Rated IP 67 / IP 69K, NEMA 4x. • No tools are necessary to install or remove crimp contacts - Lessens risk of damage to the insert or contacts caused by repeated installation or removal. The Euro Lock System inside the insert keeps the contacts in place

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select a housing - Panel connector housings offer 3 different radius flange types and have an anti-vibration O-Ring and flat body gasket.
2. Select an insert - 19 pole male (pin) and female (socket) inserts are available with dip solder contacts or no contacts (for crimping). Inserts with ground (PE) have the ground located at position 12
3. Select optional crimp contacts - Choose from either 1mm pin or socket crimp contacts (sold in sets of 16). Then select either 1.5mm pins or sockets (sold in sets of 3). Please Note: Separate contacts are not required for inserts with soldered contacts (choose the No Contacts Required options)
