How matches are graded
Exact — both ends of the clamping range within 0.5 mm of the competitor's. Direct — the Sealcon range covers at least 95% of the competitor's range. Close — covers 60% or more. Partial — under 60%; the competitor range spans two Sealcon inserts, so check the alternates. Nearest — the competitor part is aluminum, steel, zinc or stainless; the nickel-plated brass Sealcon is shown. No overlap — same thread, but the ranges don't meet; a different-thread Sealcon with an adapter is suggested where one fits. No thread match — the Sealcon dome line doesn't include that thread size.
Every match lists What's different: where the cable range ends differ (and which Sealcon insert covers the gap), material substitutions, thread-length and body differences, colour, and the ratings each part publishes. Sealcon nylon and brass dome fittings are NEMA 4X & 6, IP68 / IP69K, UL / cUL listed with a Buna-N seal.
Matching uses thread standard and size (PG 13 = PG 13.5; metric pitch ignored), material class, thread length and cable range. Always confirm cable O.D., enclosure wall thickness, IP/UL requirement and shielding before ordering. Competitor data is transcribed from the manufacturers' public catalogs and datasheets — the source is linked on every row.
