The Macromatic ARP120A5 is an alternating relay. This 8 Pin plug-in relay has a control voltage of 120V with an output of 10A DPDT cross wired. This duplexor relay is useful in situations in which load usage alternates between 2 loads and when added load capacity is needed. A control switch starts the alternating action. The output contacts on the relay change state when the initiating switch opens, causing the loads to alternate. The ARP120A5 has 2 LEDs that show which load energizes first. It uses an 8 pin 70169-D octal socket.
