16‑position push button boxes are engineered enclosures that support up to sixteen control elements (push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights) in a compact layout. These units offer robust protection, streamlined installation, and flexibility for industrial control panels and operator interfaces.

  • Material & Construction: Uses 0.063" carbon steel with ANSI‑61 gray powder coating for corrosion resistance and durability
  • Hole Pattern & Actuator Size: Typical layout is 4 x 4 (4 columns by 4 rows), accommodating 22.5 mm or 30.5 mm actuators depending on model.
  • Ingress Protection & Certifications: Meets NEMA Type 4, Type 12, Type 13, UL and CSA standards, and IEC IP66 ratings, ensuring sealing against dust, oil, splashes, and hose-down environments
  • Seals & Fastening: Oil‑resistant gaskets, cover screws threading into sealed wells, and continuously welded seams contribute to enclosure integrity under vibration and harsh environments
