This closed end connector lets you join together multiple wires at the same time. This is especially useful in applications when resilience against vibration is critical. It is made for large gauge wire and creates a simple connection for different electrical wiring purposes. The flammability rating means that any burning on the material will cease within 30 seconds, so long as it is vertically oriented. Connectors of this type are also known to as crimp connectors, due to the fact that crimping the insert helps to keep the connection in position. The nylon covering is a strong and durable material that acts as an insulator for the copper insert. The tin plating on the insert helps provide protection from deterioration.
