Adapters Reducers & Enlargers convert metric, PG & NPT thread sizes

Major Electronix offers the complete line of adapters, reducers, and enlargers which are the easiest way to convert or change the size on a threaded connector. The enlargers, reducers & adapters are all compatible with the Sealcon liquid tight fittings and are especially helpful when dealing with European thread sizes. Both the nickel plated brass and nylon plastic adapters can convert PG, NPT & metric sizes and come in different styles in order to accommodate whatever size/type of thread you may have. Enlargers will allow you to switch to the larger female size of the same thread type, while the nickel plated brass or nylon plastic reducers wil switch to the smaller female size. A number of nickel plated brass enlargers, reducers & adapters are available with a Buna-N O-Ring. These fittings are submersible as well as being resistant to stress and corrosion. The black nylon plastic fittings are also resistant to UV light. Sealcon reducers, adapters & enlargers can be used in a wide variety of applications and industries including marine, communications, robotics, lighting, medicine, and transportation. Sealcon adapters, reducers and enlargers are RoHS and Deca BDE compliant. Sealcon fittings are also known under the Hummel name.
