Voltage Indication
The 24V DC LED indicator provides a visual confirmation of the voltage supply at the connector. The indicator allows operating personnel to check voltage presence during equipment inspection and troubleshooting. Match the indicator voltage to the application when selecting the connector.
Terminal Construction and Locking
The patent-protected combination terminal supports flexible wire fitted with wire-end ferrules. It also accommodates fork-type cable shoes or eye terminals directly under the screw head. Screw connections include conductor protection, and the central fixing screw provides vibration-resistant locking at the mating connection.
Key Features
- Clear housing and LED indication provide a visible voltage-supply check.
- Screw terminals include conductor protection for hardwired connections.
- The combination terminal accommodates flexible wire with ferrules, fork-type cable shoes, or eye terminals.
- Central screw locking provides a vibration-resistant connection.
- The included gasket forms part of the IP65 connector assembly.
Applications
Use this Form A connector with compatible hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromagnetic actuators, including solenoid valves, pressure sensors, and flow indicators. The right-angle housing and hardwired terminals support equipment wiring where a detachable actuator connection and visible supply indication are required.
Installation and Selection Notes
- Confirm the mating interface is Form A with 18 mm contact spacing and two poles plus ground.
- Select cable with an outside diameter of 4–11 mm for the 1/2-inch NPT entry.
- Use conductors within the maximum 16 AWG capacity and the appropriate terminal connection method.
- Check that the 24V DC indicator matches the electrical application.
- Fit the included NBR profile gasket and secure the connector with the M3 × 37 mm center screw.
The connector provides IP65 protection under IEC 60529 when correctly assembled. Check the gasket fit and connector assembly for the installation environment. See the connector images for dimensional drawings.
