🚨 5 — Troubleshooting: Fix It Fast
Problem: Cabinet temperature keeps rising even with the fan running
✅ Check filter media first. A clogged filter starves airflow. Remove and wash or replace. Inspect fan for debris. Confirm thermostat setpoint isn't too high.
Problem: Fan won't turn on
✅ Verify the thermostat setpoint. It may be set above the current cabinet temperature. Check line voltage (24V, 115V, or 230V) matches your unit. Inspect wiring connections.
Problem: Dust or debris found inside the cabinet
✅ Filter media is likely saturated or torn. Replace immediately. Inspect the housing seal and mounting interface for gaps. On FF Series, confirm the push-on fit is fully seated.
Problem: Water entry near the fan filter unit
✅ FF Series uses a water run-off housing design. Confirm the unit is oriented correctly (drain path unobstructed). FPF Series uses a gasket. Inspect for compression damage and replace if damaged.
Problem: Interference with sensitive electronics (EMI issues)
✅ Upgrade from FPF to FF Series. The FF Series includes built-in EMI/electromagnetic radiation resistance not present in the legacy FPF design.
