Wall mounting uses the included charger hardware. Components such as pedestals, cable-management hardware, or dual mount brackets used for pedestal mounting are sold separately (request a quote for pedestal installation)

Commission the Charger Without an EV Present

The BreezEV EVC-L2-ACC-TESTER-J1772 helps installers verify charge requests and displays the charge rate, ground-fault response, output voltage, and charger signals after installation or service.

Do BreezEV chargers work with every electric vehicle?

Yes, BreezEV chargers are compatible with every EV that uses the SAE J1772 connector. Tesla vehicles using another connector require an appropriate compatible adapter, which is typically included with the vehicle.

Does the S48 work with AmpUp software?

No. The S48 is a standalone charger and cannot be upgraded by purchasing software separately. Choose a P48 configuration when network management is required.

Should I choose an 18-foot or 25-foot charging cable?

Choose 18 feet when the charger can be mounted close to a consistent parking position. Choose 25 feet when drivers may back in, pull forward or use vehicles with charging ports in different locations.

Can BreezEV chargers be installed outdoors?

Yes. The current BreezEV charger models are designed for indoor or outdoor use and carry IP65 ingress protection and IK08 impact-resistance ratings.

Can two BreezEV chargers share one pedestal?

A dual-charger installation may use a side-by-side mounting bracket with a compatible pedestal. Contact us to confirm the pedestal and cable-management hardware components before ordering.
