The Lumberg Automation 934769001 ASBSV-R 8 5 is a passive 8 port, 5 pin M12 distribution block, with 2 channels. Features 12 pole M23 connector for control cable. Has ground connection and two signals per socket. Creates a secure connection for sensors and actuators. Made for analog signals, it does not feature LED indicators. Rated IP 65/IP 67. The die cast zinc casing was made to withstand the extreme conditions of industrial applications. This includes exposure to filings, coolants & lubricants, welding sparks, as well as shock and vibration. It cuts time and costs by providing a place for several M12 connections, and can be installed on the machinery directly. It is possible to increase the amount of M12 connections by using a T junction on the distribution block ports. The ports are embedded, which contributes to its space saving, low profile housing. Application examples include mechanical engineering, plant construction, welding, food & beverage equipment, and material handling.
