M23 Field Wireable Plugs are made to be long-lasting

Major Electronix handles a varied line of M23 field wireable plugs from Mencom and Sealcon. Mencom M23 male or female field wireable plugs are available in straight or right angle versions, featuring a solder cup or crimp pin connection. These hardwired connectors are constructed from nickel plated brass and have an M23 mating thread. They have gold plated copper alloy contacts with a 6, 7, 8, 12 or 19 pin count. They feature plug-and-play capabilities and can be used in many different applications. These plugs are very durable and can last even when working under harsh conditions. These M23 plugs can accommodate a 6-9mm O.D. cable range and have an IP 67 rating, meaning they are protected against dust and can survive being temporarily submerged in one meter of water. They have a wide operating temperature range of 40C to 105C (-40F to 221F). Crimp pins for the M23 plugs are sold separately.

Sealcon M23 field wireable plugs also come in straight or right angle versions. Due to the large number of product variations, housings, inserts and optional contacts are each chosen separately. Inserts can have solder, dip solder or crimp contacts, with a 6, 7, 9, 12, 16, 17, or 19 pole count. Cable ranges can accommodate 3-17 mm cable, depending on the type of housing chosen. They have an IP 67 / IP 69 K rating with UL & CSA approvals. These signal connectors have an operating temperature of - 40C to 125C (- 40F to 257F) and are RoHS and Deca BDE compliant. Features include integrated strain relief, spring loaded socket contacts and the ability to install or remove crimp contacts without tools.
