North American Power Cords for the U.S. & Canada

The line of North American (domestic) power cords from Mega Electronics are available in detachable and non-detachable configurations for use in the US and Canada. They are come with 18, 16 or 14 AWG wire in 2, 2.29 or 3 meter lengths. Both straight and right angle detachable North American power cords are offered. All of these power cords meet the standards set by NEMA, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. They all feature 5-15P plugs, meaning they have two parallel straight blade pins plus a grounding pin. The Hospital Grade power cords are made for more demanding medical and dental applications because of their larger plugs and stronger plug pins. These cords meet the UL standards for medical equipment. The universal jumper cords range in length from 0.5 to 2.5 meters and are designed to transmit power from one device to another. They have both North American and European approvals, making them useful in many different areas. They have C13 connectors with C14 plugs, which is commonly used for connecting computer equipment. All North American power cords are UL and CSA approved. Also available are locking C13 cordsets from Mencom, featuring connectors that can be locked into place so they aren't accidentally pulled out. They have a C13 connector on one end and a NEMA 5-15 plug on the other, in three foot or 6 foot lengths.
