The Red Lion C48CB005 C48 series panel meter is a batch counter with 3 NPN OC outputs. It features a 2 line, 6 digit, reflective LCD display with 1/16 DIN housing. It has a main process counter with dual presets and a second counter with one preset. The second counter can be utilized as a batch or total counter. The reflective display means it features positive lit numbers on a negative background. It also resists noise interference, making it perfect for industrial use. AC powered.

There are nine programmable counting modes & the unit can be programmed to register counts on both edges of the input signal. Functions such as programming modes & data values, changing the display, and resetting can all be done through the keys located on the front. User inputs can be sinking (active low) or sourcing (active high) through a single plug jumper. It features three solid-state NPN current sinking, open collector outputs. Output 1 and Output 2 are for the primary process counter, while Output 3 is for the secondary batch or total counter. Two way communication with a printer, computer, or other device is available through the optional RS-485 serial communication interface.
