The Red Lion N-Tron ® Series NT-5008-GX2-SC40 is a managed eight port Gigabit Industrial Ethernet Switch. Housed in a DIN-Rail enclosure, it features six 10/100/1000BaseT RJ45 ports and two 40 km singlemode SC style Gigabit fiber ports. Easy set up and monitoring due to the configuration wizard and graphical dashboard. Active ports, temperature, alarm & LED status, port traffic, and event gauges can be viewed from the dashboard. Ideal for applications where gigabit capability is needed.

The NT-5008-GX2-SC40 uses N-View 2 remote monitoring software. It detects N-View enabled devices and offers firmware management for N-Tron managed switches. Display shows switch status and port traffic for configuration and troubleshooting purposes. Advanced management provides visuals of the switches on the network, duplicate IP address ID, and firmware management. Scheduling lets upgrades be set at a desired time, which allows planning for updates of switch groups or individual devices.
