The Mencom PBEC-3FR-2 Profibus DP female receptacle features a 3 Pin insert, 22 gauge wire, 12" lead length and 1/2" NPT mounting thread. The shell is anodized aluminum with gold plated copper alloy contacts. The wire is rated at 300V. Rated IP67. Operating temperature -40 C to 80 C (-40 F to 176 F). The Profibus DP receptacles, like other Mencom connectors, have plug and play capability for a faster set-up. They are most commonly used for sensors and actuators in automation equipment, working through a main control unit.
