Sealcon M16 x 1.5 metric Nylon / Plastic Cable Glands, sometimes called Cord Grips or Strain Relief Fittings, are used by many different industries to assist customers when connecting cable or wire to various applications. This fitting can provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The ACME thread on the dome top is self-locking, so the ED16MA-BK cord grip provides a large amount of Pull-out resistance by applying an even force on all points of the cable. To further increase adaptability, the cable opening size can be changed by switching out the standard and reduced inserts. This cable gland is ideal in applications where the available space is limited.
