Sealcon metric M20 x 1.5 nylon plastic hazardous location strain relief fittings are used in applications that require stronger performance and fire resistance, which is accomplished without twisting the cable. Also known as cable glands or cord grips, they provide a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. It is made from fiber reinforced nylon plastic, for even more impact resistance. It meets the DIN EN 60079-0: 2012 standard. Hazardous location cord grips are ATEX approved, meaning they are designed for potentially explosive environments. This cable gland is designated Ex-e, for increased safety. Swapping out the standard and reduced inserts increases flexibility. Sealcon patented overlapping clamping splines and recessed custom grommets keep your cable protected from damage and the elements. The CD20MR-BXA fitting provides a large amount of Pull-out resistance by applying even force on all points of the cable. Note: Contact us about purchasing individual standard or reduced inserts
