This Vapor Tight light fixture offers several features that make it perfect for applications in harsher environments. It is made from polymers designed to draw heat away from the lamp as well as resist exposure to dirt and moisture. It has marine grade stainless steel hardware that can stand up to corrosive substances, including salt water spray and acids. The beveled edges on the housing allow water to slide off and drain through the holes in the rim. The housing offers several mounting options, including pendant, conduit, or surface mount. The junction box on the housing is impact resistant. Application examples include food processing plants, parking garages, tunnels & subways, stairwells, loading docks, and car washes.
