The Seifert KH 503-500 is a 500W, 230V fan assisted resistor enclosure heater. The pilot light indicates when the heat is on and protection from overheating is built in. It features an anodized aluminum housing and is DIN Rail mountable. Ideal for situations in which a bigger heating capacity or steady air circulation is needed. UL recognized.

When the interior temperature of an enclosure changes, it can cause humidity or condensation to build inside. The additional moisture leads to such issues as equipment damage, data loss, or performance failure. Using a fan assisted resistor heater such as the KH 503-500, warmer air can be dispersed easily, lessening the risk. It also helps provide a safe minimum temperature if necessary. Control cabinets that are in outdoor settings receive the most benefit from a heater, as they are exposed to the outside elements.
