The Seifert KH 503-501 is a 500W, 120V fan assisted resistor enclosure heater. The pilot light displays when the heater is on and protection from overheating is integrated. It has an anodized aluminum housing and is mounted on the DIN Rail. Perfect for situations in which a bigger heating capacity or steady air circulation is necessary. UL recognized.

If the interior temperature of an enclosure changes, humidity or condensation may collect inside. The added moisture causes such issues as equipment damage, data loss, or performance failure. With a fan assisted resistor heater such as the KH 503-501, warmer air can be dispersed easily, reducing the chances. It also helps keep the temperature at the minimum amount required. Control cabinets that are in outdoor settings receive the most benefit from a heater, as they are exposed to the outside elements.
