Sealcon PG 16 Nylon / Plastic strain relief fittings, cable glands, and cord grips are used in many industries to help customers connect wire or cable to their applications. This fitting provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The ACME thread on the flex top is self-locking, so the EF16AR-GY cable gland creates a substantial amount of Pull-out resistance by applying a concentric force on all points of the cable. Increase or decrease the size of the cable opening by trading out the standard and reduced inserts, for greater flexibility. Using a flex nut keeps the cable from kinking and chafing. Applications where available space is at a premium get the biggest advantage from this cord grip.
