Sealcon PG 16 Nylon / Plastic cord grips, also referred to as strain relief fittings or cable glands, are used in a wide variety of industries to assist customers in connecting cable or wire to various applications. This cable gland provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The ACME thread on the flex top is self-locking, so the EF16AA-BK cord grip provides a substantial amount of Pull-out resistance by creating an even force on all points of the cable. Increase or decrease the size of the cable opening by switching out the standard and reduced inserts, furthering adaptability. Using a flex nut prevents the cable from kinking and chafing. Applications that have a limited amount of available space receive the biggest advantage from this fitting.
