Sealcon M16 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass cable glands, also referred to as strain relief fittings or cord grips, are used in almost every industry and are designed to help customers attach cable or wire to various applications. This fitting has a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CF16DR-BR lets you adjust the size of the cable opening by trading out the inserts. The ACME thread on the flex top is self locking and ensures that the overlapping splines provide an even seal. This keeps the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. It also gives your cable pull-out protection without causing damage. Cable kinking or chafing is eliminated by using the flex nut. Fittings with elongated threads are used when they need to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length serves the application better.
