Sealcon PG 13 / 13.5 Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole strain relief fittngs are used in a wide range of industries to connect wire or cable to different applications. This cable gland is capable of achieving a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating. In order to reach that rating, the cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole. There also cannot be more than .04" (1 mm) of difference between the cable's diameter and that of the hole. The NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating is possible, although testing may be needed to confirm it. The ACME thread on the CD13A2BR dome top is self locking, so the overlapping splines apply an even seal. This prevents the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & provides your cable with pull-out protection so it causes no damage.
