The Red Lion N-Tron
® Series ESERV-11T is an Industrial Ethernet to Serial Server. It features one serial port and one 10/100BaseTX RJ-45 port. The server can be easily setup, upgraded, and monitored with the Easy Configuration Manager software. Already existing serial devices can be monitored from the desktop, anywhere on the network, or offsite through the Internet. The devices can also be updated through Telnet. The ESERV-11T features a heartbeat connection and auto-detection of connection failure. In the event of a connection failure the ESERV-11T will attempt to reconnect every 5 seconds until the connection is restored, without the need of manual rebooting.
