The Macromatic TD-71522 is a Single Shot Time Delay Relay. This 11 pin plug-in relay has an input voltage of 120V AC/DC with an output of 10A DPDT. It has a time range of 0.05 sec to 999 hours. The unit has one pushbutton thumbwheel that selects one of seven time ranges, while three other thumbwheels digitally set the precise time delay within that range. The red LED shows the current status of the timing mode and time out conditions. The TD71522 uses an 11 pin 70170-D octal socket. Note: Image is an approximation. Actual part may differ.

With the Single Shot function, the relay energizes though the use of a trigger, which also starts the time delay. The relay de-energizes after the time delay and the trigger needs to be implemented again to re-energize. Input voltage must already be in place before the trigger is applied. Pilot duty rating.
