The Light Efficient Design LED-8055EC is a 30W recessed LED light with 24 LEDs. It has a rated voltage of 120-277VAC with a color changing light pattern. The LED-8055EC has an E26 Edison base. This light is UL approved for enclosed fixtures in damp locations. It has a wide 120° beam angle and is intended for use mainly in swimming pools and spas. The frosted lens helps spread out the light. For use in recessed fixtures 6" or larger. Ballasts need to be bypassed when present during installation of this lamp. The advantages of using the LED-8055EC include less energy usage and lower maintenance costs, due to its long life. It also allows you to still use your existing fixtures. This recessed light features an active cooling fan to help keep temperatures down. Ballasts need to be bypassed when present during installation of this lamp. It has 10 different color changing sequences to provide atmosphere and effects to a pool or spa. The on/off switch can be used to advance between sequences. Color options include solid green, solid blue, solid red, red/green, pink/blue, blue/green, or all the colors, with animation options of fading, fast, and faster.
